TwitterBerry 0.8 was released to the masses last night. Below is the list of updates from 0.6-0.8.

    • Refresh timelines from current timeline screen

    • Reply to tweets and direct messages
    • Send Direct Messages and view your Direct Message inbox
    • New network indicator dialogs
    • Configuration options moved into the BlackBerry Options screen
    • New shortcuts on all list screens: ‘r’ to reply, and ‘d’ to send a direct message
    • Favorite and Delete tweets from any timeline
    • Allow overflow of 140 characters when typing your tweet
    • Optimize the menu screens so the most commonly used choices are easy to access
    • URLs in tweets can be selected and opened in your BlackBerry Browser
    • User customizable default application entry screen
    • Many other small bug fixes and usability enhancements

Kid Rock’s New Video – “Roll On”

Kid Rock’s newest music video “Roll On” was filmed in and around Detroit in late August. It features many Detroit landmarks such as Tiger Stadium, Comerica Park, Lafayette Coney Island, and the Uniroyal tire. This is Rock’s first music video filmed in Detroit in five years.  The video also features Rock driving around Detroit in an early 60’s Lincoln Continental.
