As of today, Spore, Warhammer Online, Need for Speed Undercover, Mass Effect, FIFA Manager 09, Crysis, Crysis: Warhead, and SiN Episodes: Emergence are available via Steam third-party DRM free. Prices are similar to retail.

Edit: There are rumors cropping up that the Crytek titles Crysis and Crysis: Warhead still maintain their 5 limit SecuROM activation DRM when purchased through Steam.
